KATYANN BEERBOWER, PRINCIPAL
Katyann Beerbower is a highly accomplished leader in commercial real estate with over 15 years of experience specializing in asset management, leasing, financial analysis, and team leadership. She has a proven track record of managing extensive portfolios exceeding 30 million square feet across 30 states, delivering strategic solutions that drive growth, optimize performance, and enhance asset value.
Throughout her career, Katyann has worked with industry-leading companies such as Jones Lang LaSalle, Twenty Lake Holdings, and Basis Industrial. Her roles have involved overseeing large-scale industrial portfolios, spearheading business development initiatives, and executing strategies that significantly increased revenue and operational efficiency.
She is widely recognized for her strategic entrepreneurial mindset, meticulous attention to detail, and her ability to foster collaboration within teams. Passionate about building strong client relationships, Katyann consistently executes high-impact asset strategies that support long-term growth. She is actively involved in industry organizations like BOMA and NAIOP, where she has held leadership roles, promoting excellence and innovation within the industry.
Holding an MBA from the University of Central Florida and a Bachelor's in Business Administration from Florida State University, Katyann combines strategic vision with operational expertise — making her a trusted partner committed to guiding clients through the complexities of industrial asset management and growth.
RYAN BEERBOWER, PRESIDENT
With over 13 years of experience in the real estate sector, Ryan Beerbower brings a comprehensive expertise in land sales, property valuations, finance, and project planning. His mission is to create economic value through strategic land transactions, development, and market insights, consistently aligning his efforts with the evolving needs of clients across national, regional, and local markets.
Throughout his career, Ryan has held key roles at leading firms such as Colliers, PACE Equity, Tailwinds Development, KW Commercial, and NAI Realvest. His work includes conducting property valuations, feasibility analyses, and developing disposition strategies for land assignments. He has managed complex transactions, cultivated strong relationships with developers, brokers, attorneys, engineers, and property managers, and has a proven ability to drive deal success and deliver measurable results.
Ryan's extensive experience encompasses the management of development and leasing projects, including grocery-anchored retail centers and industrial properties. His background also includes underwriting commercial real estate loans, spearheading business development initiatives, and executing marketing strategies that expand market reach and increase asset visibility.
